TATRY MOUNTAIN RESORTS, a.s. is the biggest subject in tourism area in Slovakia, which owns and operates attractive ski resorts and hotels in area of Low and High Tatras.   Company’s portfolio entails in Low Tatras resort Jasna Low Tatras and hotels Grand Jasna, Tri Studnicky, Ski Zahradky and Hotel Srdiecko.  In High Tatras TMR owns and operates resorts High Tatras – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec and Liptovska Teplicka and hotels Grand Praha Tatranska Lomnica and Grandhotel Stary Smokovec.  Until these days TMR invested into the resorts mentioned above more than 45 million Euros and other 90 millions should help to increase the standard and visit rate of our mountains in the coming years.

in Low and High Tatras. We are building new hotels, apartments and ski slopes, that this attractive destination can be lift up at the European level and multiply its visit rate. TMR expressed interest in Tatralandia. Getting Tatralandia will be an important step for TMR in fulfilling the strategy of building a whole year round tourist destination. TATRY MOUNTAIN RESORTS, a.s. owns and operates a portfolio of the best known SKI RESORTS in Slovakia. Business activities are joined in three key segments – tourism oriented on offering services mostly in ski season, hotels and development projects. TMR resorts are offering 51 km of ski slopes with capacity overreaching 36000 skiers per hour. Based on the investment plan implementation, the area will be increased from previous 50 hectare to double. Thanks to the expanded area the transport capacity increases to 52 200 skiers per one hour. This kind equipped complex is becoming comparable with some well known middle big European resorts.

TMR is also an owner and operator of this well known HOTEL portfolio: Grandhotel Praha a Grandhotel Stary Smokovec, Tri Studnicky, Grand Jasna, Ski Zahradky & bungalows, Hotel Srdiecko. The offer is so represented by 903 beds in 437 rooms. Hotels are able to satisfy wide range customer needs, from individuals, families and older people up to business clients. Hotel facilities offer also convenient premises for conferences and business meetings, which cover effective off-season periods.

The latest, but not the plumbless activities of the TMR are business activities in DEVELOPING segments, which aim is to lift up the mountain areas with expecting growth during the coming year. The management goal is opportunity utilization, which is offered based on the unique position in the region of High and Low Tatras.
