Description of the trail and instructions:
Start - Town hall - then past the chalet Bjornson to Koliesko and the target area is the top of Chopok, length of the trail: ca: 6,2 km, altitude difference: 924m, refreshment at Luková.
The trail follows along the marked hiking trail. Transport of runners and their equipment from Luková is arranged.
Competition rules: The competition follows the rules and guidelines for competition, as set by the Slovak Cup uphill run.
Categories:
Junior men 1990 and younger; Junior women 1990 and younger;
Men A 1970 and younger; Men B 1960 and younger; Men C 1959 and older; Men D 1949 and older
Women E 1975 and younger; Women F 1974 and older; Women G 1959 and older
Starting money: 4 €
Prizes: First three in each category - financial and material. Only the given categories, the youngest and the oldest participants will be awarded.
Presentation: between 8.00 and 9.30 a.m. at the Hotel Grand
Start of the competition: 10.00 a.m.
Protests: must be given within one hour after the official rules are declared. A deposit of 20€ must be lodged with the appeal.
