13:15 Awards ceremony for the ladies race in the finish area
RACE OFFICE: Hotel Grand - Jasná Demänovská dolina
ACCOMMODATION: Hotel Grand**** - Jasná Demänovská dolina - will be provided for all registered racers inc. Their suite, on the basis of entries, sent by 12.2. 2009
CATERING: Will be provided for all invited delegations in hotels (half board), lunch at the ski slope. Participators registration till 12.2.2009
COSTS OF ACCOMMODATION: In accordance with FIS rules referring to European Cup rules for the season 2008/2009.
TRANSPORT: individual
PRIZES: The first three racers will be given material prizes and financial reward (prize money).
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Helmets are obligatory for all racers. The race obeys the international FIS rules.
OTHE INFORMATION: The organizer reserves the right to change the programe owing to adverse climate conditions. Injury and medical care (inclusive transport) insurance is obligatory for all racers. Delegating unions are responsible for this insurance. Neither the organizer, nor the executive body takes any responsibility for accidents and damages during the training and / or race. It will be indicating the number of racers and coaches by 10th February 2009.
