GIANT BIKE PARK JASNÁ 2009
THE 2009 GIANT BIKE PARK SEASON IS OVER.WE HOPE THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THE QUALITY OF THE PARK AND THAT YOU ENJOYED RIDING ON ALL OUR TRACKS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FAVOUR AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING YOU AGAIN IN THE NEW SEASON NEXT YEAR. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF OUR PARK AND SERVICES. WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AND THAT YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE SATISFIED THAN BEFORE.
For the first time all the Bike Park tracks operated. One of the favourites was the ‘Jeleňák' track, comprising wooden hurdles, drifters and jumps, and providing much amusement and variety. The DH track has recorded a new record time ride of 2:52 broken by Vlado Tichý in the GIANT JASNA BIKE LEAGUE finals. This was the first under 3minutes ride, thus breaking the previous Polc's record at last. A new, less difficult track is being prepared for the next year, while the present tracks will be made more attractive by equipping them with hurdles and jumps made of wood or clay.
