• are valid “FROM SEASON”, i.e. it´s not necessary to use them during subsequent days

All skipasses on non-contact chip cards - KEY CARDS; Deposit for KEY CARD 2 €
Skipasses purchased in the area of Chopok North are valid in the area of Chopok South too.
Skipasses 2 - 7 days are valid in the SKI RESORTS:
Chopok North, Chopok South, Strbske Pleso, Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec
and in AQUAPARK TATRALANDIA
SLOVAKIA SUPER SKIPAS 10/15/season are valid during whole winter season:
In all the ski centres of Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (JASNA Low Tatras, Tatranska Lomnica, Strbske Pleso, Stary Smokovec), PARK SNOW Donovaly, Snow Paradise Veľká Rača - Oščadnica and Malinô Brdo - Ružomberok and in AQUAPARK TATRALANDIA.
No other discounts are applicable with seasonal skipasses! Skipasses are non-transferable.
AQUAPARK TATRALANDIA - skipass, which allows the access to Water Park:
- it is valid for aquapark only in the winter season, during the skipass validation
- it is valid for AQUA PACKET - all-day ticket (Opening hours 10:00-22:00/21:00)
- you can use the skipass only once during the 1 day - either for skiing or in the water park
1 ride JASNA - 1 ride on any cableway in ski centre Chopok north or south
afternoon skipasses: from 12:00 a.m. - valid from 12:00 a.m., sale begin from 11:55 a.m.
from 1:30 a.m. - valid from 1:30 p.m., sale begin from 1:25 p.m.
Evening skiing - 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Chopok north - ski lift Záhradky and cableway Biela Púť
For evening skiing is neccessary to purchase a special skipass, standard one or more days skipasses or seasonal skipasses are not valid for evening skiing.
choice skipass 1 day - clients can cut their stay in the centre short
- according the time limit within which the unused skipass is handed back at the cash desk, part of the ticket value will be refunded according the attached table
- the time limit begins to be deducted from the ticket after the first going through the turnstile and expires after the last passing through the turnstile
free of charge children under 6 years of age (born on or after 1 January 2006)
children 6 - 12 years of age (born 1.1.2000 - 31.12.2005) or up to the height of 140 cm - ID required
seniors over 60 (born until 31.12.1951), holders of the cards for handicapped persons - ID required
juniors born 1.1.1994-31.12.1999 holders of ISIC, ITIC, EURO<26, GO<26 cards - ID required
Persons entitled to a discount price – children, juniors, seniors citizens must show proof of their age by submitting a valid identification document (herein after ID) containing a photograph, a name, date of birth and an official stamp.
GROUPS above 20 people with a guide:
5% discount for the group or 1 person for more than 20 people is free of charge;
- further discounts cannot be applied, can be bought only for a whole group at once
- a list with names and with a stamp of the respective organization will be required
Insurance - by purchase skipass you receive insurance which covers Mountain rescue service in Low Tatras for particular day. More info >

Combined discounts are not possible. The most favourable price for a passenger is valid.
No refunds are available in case of ticket loss
Prices alteration reserved.
Passengers are obliged to observe the terms of the traffic regulations, the price list and the White Code, and follow the instructions of a person authorized by the transport contractor.
The transport contract is concluded if passengers execute the right of transport by purchasing a ticket and getting on the vehicle, or entering the entrance or exit area – accessible with a valid ticket only. By concluding the contract passengers acknowledge that they have been acquainted with the transport conditions, the price list and the White Code.
Passengers are obliged to keep the valid ticket during the whole time of the travel contract being fulfilled and to submit it for inspection. When requested, passengers are obliged to submit a valid ticket to the authorized person. The transport contractor reserves the right to withhold the ticket with no compensation in case of unauthorized use of the ticket.
The operator reserves the right to close ski lifts and cable ways during breakdowns, high wind speeds, electrical power cuts etc. In these cases no right to refung transport costs arises. A compensation for not provided services is possible only if the transport capacity of cable ways in the resort falls to less than 1/3 of the whole capacity of the resort Chopok sever/juh and the customers cannot use their ski passes continuously for:
a.) more than 2 hours until 12 o'clock, in this case a possible compensation for:
- a 1-day skipass is an additional 1-day skipass valid on another day
- a more day skipass is free additional day
b.) more than 2 hours after 12 o'clock, in this case a possible compensation an additional 4-hour skipass
The transport operator reserves the right for individual appraisal of every case and considering of righteousness and height of such compensation.
SKIPASS ISSUED PURSUANT TO CARDS EURO<26, GO<26, ISIC I ITIC IS VALID ONLY TOGETHER WITH THOSE CARDS. WHEN YOU WILL BE CONTROLED BY EMPLOYEES OF TATRY MOUNTAIN RESORTS, a.s. YOU HAVE TO SHOW THIS CARD OTHERWISE CONTROLERS ARE ENTITLED TO HOLD BACK THE SKIPASS WITHOUT CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
The complete wording of the transport contract terms is to be found at the transport contractor's workplaces, i.e. at the information centre and at the cash desks at the boarding stations of the cable ways.
