receipt of skipasses purchased on-line or personaly in Ticketportal is possible in the INFORMATION CENTRE Tatranská Lomnica daily from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m in the INFORMATION CENTRE Biela Púť, or cash desk Chopok south Srdiečko skipasses can be taken over only by a person stated on the electronic payment confirmation and who submits an identification card registered on the confirmation all skipasses stated on the confirmation document must be received at once by receipt of skipass it is required: state name and surname of owner for each skipass submit his photograph on identification card (a photo of a child will be taken at the site) in case of a discount (senior, junior, etc.) it is required to submit a document on the basis of which the discount was provided
