2. What´s the difference between the BASIC and UNLIMITED Smart Season Pass?

The BASIC Smart Season Pass is a season pass that is not valid on selected dates. This means days between Christmas and the New Year (27th - 31st December 2018 - 5 days), last weekend of the Christmas holidays (4th - 5th January 2019 - 2 days) and the busiest days of the spring holidays (15th - 16th and 22nd - 23rd February 2019 - 4 days) = 11 days of the season in total.

The UNLIMITED Smart Season Pass is a season pass with unlimited validity that can be used during the whole ski season of 2018/2019. It costs 80€ more than the BASIC Smart Season Pass.

3. Can I pay the UNLIMITED remainder later?

If you decide to take the BASIC Smart Season Pass, you cannot pay the UNLIMITED remainder later. When paying the rest of the season pass price, you have to choose between the BASIC and UNLIMITED version.

The same applies to extra products such as Skiing in Špindlerův Mlýn, Skiing in Szczyrk and Aqua Pass. The season ski pass version must be selected along with the types of extra products at the same time.

4. When can I start to use my Smart Season Pass?

Every Smart Season Pass is valid from the first day of the ski season 2018/2019. The season is usually launched at Štrbské Pleso in late November. The ski season opening always depends on snow conditions.

6. How can I pay for an Aqua Pass added to my Smart Season Pass?

When buying your Smart Season Pass or paying for your remainder between 1/9/2018 and 31/10/2018, you will be offered a possibility to add a Smart Season Aqua Pass as an extra product to your season ski pass. The Aqua Pass guarantees unlimited access (in the form of 1-day tickets) to the water parks of TATRALANDIA or BEŠEŇOVÁ during the whole winter season of 2018/2019. The 1-day tickets don´t include sauna world services. The sauna world surcharge is 6€/person/day.

7. How long and where are the Smart Season Passes valid?

The BASIC Smart Season Passes can be used on about 93% of ski season days. The 7% which the Basic version does not cover are days that we consider very busy as for the turnout, i.e. skiing is less comfortable and transport to resorts can be difficult. These are dates between Christmas and New Year (27th - 31st December 2018 - 5 days), the last weekend of the Christmas holidays (4th - 5th January 2019 - 2 days) and the busiest days of the spring school holidays (15th - 16th and 22nd - 23rd February 2019 - 4 days) = 11 days of the season in total.

OUR TIP: If you can imagine planning your skiing adventures by leaving out the above mentioned days, we suggest you buy the BASIC Smart Season Pass, which is valid on 93% ski season days. In this way, you can avoid the busiest days.

If you are a truly enthusiastic skier, feel free to pay the UNLIMITED remainder of 80€ during the autumn remainder wave between 1/9/2018 and 31/10/2018.

The basic TMR Smart Season Pass is valid in the biggest Slovak resorts: Jasná, Nízke Tatry and Vysoké Tatry - Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso. Every Smart Season Pass holder can extend their skiing possibilities and ski without limits in one or two other countries - in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn, Czech Republic and the resort of Szczyrk, Poland.

8. Do the Basic Smart Season Pass limitations apply to Poland and the Czech Republic too?

No. If you buy a Basic Smart Season Pass and add skiing in Poland and the Czech Republic to it, you can ski without limits there. The Basic Smart Season Pass limitations apply only to Slovak resorts.

10. I will not be able to ski in the upcoming season due to my health condition. What is going to happen with my prepayment?

We are always very sorry about such cases and understand that health, unlike the season pass, cannot be planned. If you prepaid your pass and won´t be able to ski due to your health condition, please contact us on reklamacia@gopass.sk. We will help you solve the situation.

11. What if I have an injury during the season?

If anything happens to you during the season, on a ski piste or outside and you are not able to use your Smart Season Pass, you can have it transferred to another person that you make an arrangement with. In order to make the process smooth, we will need a confirmation of your doctor and the name and the GOPASS card number of the person you arranged to "sell" your season pass to. Please send us all documents and details to reklamacia@gopass.sk.
