Cable Car Trip Across Chopok & Hiking in the Low Tatras
Conquer Chopok (2,024 m), the second-highest peak of the Low Tatras, together with your classmates, or enjoy a comfortable cable car ride to the summit.
From the southern side, admire breathtaking views of the Horehronie region from the modern gondola lifts starting in Krupová and Kosodrevina. Explore scenic ridge hikes or enjoy easy walks through the beautiful mountain landscape.
From 1 July 2026 until further notice, throughout the year, except for the winter season from 19 December 2026 to 14 March 2027, you can book a school trip for €14 per person.

The ticket is valid for travel on five cable cars to the valley station on the opposite side of Chopok and back via the same route.

ACCOMMODATION IN JASNÁ RESORT
Within the Jasná resort, accommodation is also available at Hotel Liptov and Hotel SKI.
- Primary school pupils – lower grades: from €30/child/night (accommodation + 5 meals per day)
- Primary school pupils – upper grades: from €33/child/night (accommodation + 5 meals per day)
- Secondary school students: from €33/student/night (accommodation + 3 meals per day)
Prices apply for 4 people sharing a room. The prices are valid for school stays during the week, with arrival on Sunday/Monday and departure no later than Friday.

Please note that after the official end of the 2026/27 winter season and until the official start of the 2027 summer season, regular spring maintenance of the cable cars takes place at Jasná Resort. During this period, the cable cars operate only on weekends and public holidays.
During cable car maintenance from Monday to Friday, school trips and organised youth groups cannot be accommodated.

LUNCHES FOR SCHOOL TRIPS
Lunches for school trips and organised youth groups are available at the Happy End restaurant at Biela Púť. Subject to availability and prior confirmation, lunches can also be arranged at Hotel SKI).

CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE DISCOUNTED PRICE:
1) The Organised Youth Groups and School Trips offer is valid throughout the year, except during the winter season from 19 December to 14 March, at the Jasná Low Tatras and High Tatras resorts.
2) This offer is valid for children and students of nursery, primary and secondary schools up to the age of 18.99, as well as for outdoor schools, summer camps, leisure centres and other groups with children, including sports clubs and their members. For students over 18 years of age, a valid ISIC student card must be presented.
3) To obtain the discounted price, an order must be sent by e-mail to info@jasna.sk at least 2 days in advance.
4) The original printed and completed form, available for download on www.jasna.sk in the Price List – Special Offers section, must be stamped by the organiser and signed by the responsible person. The form must be submitted at the Info Centre ticket office when purchasing cable car tickets on the day of arrival.
5) The discounted price is valid only for a single group purchase for a minimum of 10 paying persons.
6) One supervising adult is free of charge for every group of 10 paying persons or part thereof. Any additional supervising adults pay according to the current cable car price list. The maximum number of children in a group is not limited.
7) Discounts cannot be combined.
8) Prices do not include transport to the resorts.
9) Changes reserved.
* The school trip price is €14, provided that all conditions are met. If any of the above conditions are not met, the price increases by €2.
FEWER PEOPLE:
An organised youth group or school trip with fewer than 10 people is not considered an organised trip. Groups of fewer than 10 people are charged according to the standard ticket office price list.
